Metrobank Foundation Now Accepts Entries for Painting, Sculpture Recognition Programs 2020

Manila, Philippines – Metrobank Foundation is now accepting entries for its Metrobank Art & Design Excellence (MADE): Painting and Sculpture Recognition Programs 2020.

In 2020, MADE, which has been recognizing Filipino visual artists’ talents since 1984, adopts the theme “Spectrum.” This theme, according to the organizers, represents “the Filipino artistic excellence and where infinite masterpieces are made.”

MADE’s Painting Recognition Program is open to all Filipino painters, aged 18-35, who have not held a solo exhibition.  10 national finalists will receive recognition.

MADE’s Sculpture Recognition Program, on the other hand, is open to all professional and non-professional Filipino sculptors who have not won in previous MADE programs. Four national finalists will be recognized.

Two grand winners in the Painting Recognition Program and one grand winner in the Sculpture Recognition Program will receive a cash incentive worth P500,000.
