I created the artwork from imagination due to my spontaneous desire to visit a tulip field.

“Little Flowers” represents its painter who is starting to bloom; she's a 10-year-old girl with a passion for arts and crafts.

Sakura blooms last for only a few weeks, every springtime. In like manner, our ephemerality as human beings is a temporary gift--we can use it to bring happiness to people around us and cherish the value of the people that matters to us.

Sale proceeds will benefit the World Vision Philippines' “Abutin Na10” campaign, whose recipients include the poor and marginalized children, their families, and communities.

A scene in a garden, yard, or wilderness: pure calmness. Dandelions and butterflies are blowing bubbles and playing among the flowers. I wish this kind of place for people searching for it,  especially children who suffer needlessly. I wish them a paradise.

I painted this tree in homage to the poem "Trees" by Joyce Kilmer, which I learned as a child and brought up the importance of God as the sole creator of the universe. 

I have always loved this unusual flower called Nigella, or "love in the mist," as it is commonly called. The Nigella symbolizes love and harmony; it is a symbol of coming together and sharing a bond.

The painting also depicts the role of the butterfly in propagating and pollinating flowers, showing the synergy in nature.

"Spring" is part of my original "Four Seasons" series. It represents my admiration of nature and its changing conditions.
