This gold and black series unveils a breathtaking narrative of resilience and triumph. Each stroke is a testament to the duality of life—where shimmering gold symbolizes the glimmers of hope, unwavering optimism, and the silent victories we cherish.

Yet, intertwined within the richness of gold's beauty, black echoes the tales of struggle and the shadowy complexities of existence.

The radiant gold, an ode to perseverance and joy, adorns the canvas with a radiant glow, illuminating the path through adversity.

You were gifted with dreams and talents in the hope you would act out these passions. Follow your dreams and move forward in life.

It captures the essence of renewal and optimism. Set against a serene backdrop of a garden in full bloom, a child holding an Earth balloon symbolizing the delicate balance between nature and human connection. 

An oil lamp burns brightly in a dark environment, providing illumination, hope, and guidance amid the darkness. 

The "Pot of Hope" is an image of a pot with flowers.  It symbolizes hope; though life is sometimes dark, hope will help us see the beauty of life in every way.

Made with impasto and palette knife technique, it also glows under a UV light filter.

These blooming flowers remind us to be hopeful in all circumstances.

This allegory of hope is depicted in this native Filipina's persona. She is dressed in sheer simplicity yet bathed in golden radiance. She may seem frail and vulnerable in her innocence, a mere feeble woman shaped by the perceptions of an unjust and cruel world. But as her eyes lift to the star-studded heavens, she exudes a glimmer of perseverance and indestructible faith. A gaze in which her heart's desires create a portal to a foreseeable future in which good and great things have always yet to come.

Inspired by the calming blue skies, here's "Hopeful Skies," a reminder that whatever circumstances we are in, it will get better. We remain hopeful that one day, everything will be as clear as the sky.

A mushroom is at the center, representing hope that brings about good things, people, and events during times of doubt and uncertainty. The predominant green color symbolizes the wood element that helps keep wealth and many blessings. Moreover, the peace lilies embody peace and its filtering capacity in one's home or environment. 

Solace in tranquility

It is finding hope in the light of day and great comfort in being at peace--a calm and soothing view to radiate harmony of thyself to nature.

A character's strength in being hopeful

You may fail countless times, but as you never lose hope, you will have a better future.

Hold on to your strength.

The lighthouse is a powerful symbol in many ways, often representing guidance, safety, and hope in the midst of life's storms. Just as a lighthouse stands tall and provides a beacon of light for ships navigating rough waters, we, too, seek guidance and direction during challenging times in our lives.  

The artwork depicts the unending wars happening throughout the earth that need to be stopped. This painting is an instrument of war.

The artwork depicts a Filipino family during the pandemic. The family learns to appreciate and enjoy the opportunity of spending more time together at this time; they also lean on God and each other, praying that this too shall pass.  Together, we can win this fight!Let's help each other to see the world again.

The painting depicts the heroic tasks of the Frontliners – the medical team and the military man with face shield. The man prayed with a rosary and sought divine intervention to fight the deadly Covid-19 pandemic. The family is at the center with full colors representing the foundation of society. The red heart background represents the worldwide health issue. The green icon monster of the virus adapts to the environment transmitting itself dangerously and reality to harm and kill anyone on its path. The face of Jesus is the revelation of hope, love, and faith; his nailed hands with blood piercing the heart with mercy. The world changes from bloody red to smoky blue and to violet representing love and mystery. The vaccine is the lingering expectation giving the world a sense of hope. This painting is coming from the imaginative and figurative impressionism of the artist who sees a battle between the darkness of fear and uncertainty versus the strength of faith, empathy.

This painting depicts the form of success where a person aimed too high--a flaw that poisons the mind and soul. A form of greed lurks inside.
