This magnificent furry companion, a being of kindness, gentleness, and love, enchanted my entire universe. However, one must never underestimate her, for she possesses an unparalleled power that surpasses any other creature known to humanity.

Tala, a little furry creature, won me over with her intense gaze, yet I could sense her gentle soul. Memories of my childhood pet flooded back to me as I cared for him from infancy until his untimely departure. I share a distinct bond with Tala, reminiscent of my beloved feline companion from long ago. Through my cubist art, I was able to convey this connection authentically.

Ever wondered what a young Filipina looks like in a parallel universe? Here's a "Dalagang Puglipina" in an alternate universe called 'The Pugverse."

Filipinos are known as resourceful people. This is reflected even in our earliest childhood games, such as the old favorite, Kariling.

So many feelings all at once; that's why even smiling doesn't spark that much

"Inside of Me" is a poignant reflection on the inner world, where hope and resilience bloom like a clover.

The painting's vibrant green evokes a sense of growth and renewal, while the delicate details of the clover suggest a hidden strength and beauty. 

The title invites the viewer to contemplate the hidden treasures within themselves, finding inspiration in the resilience of nature.

"Luksong Baka" was a game we played as kids.

It starts with the “taya” crouching, and the other kids jump over the “taya” until he gets to the standing position.

The kid who fails to jump over becomes the next “taya.”

I'd like to reintroduce those famous young Filipinos' traditional street games. Because of technology, it's sad how only a few kids know about these games today.

A wolf and a fox bump noses as they venture into the wild

Their differences did not stop a wolf and a fox from venturing into the forest together. They show their agreement by bumping their noses, almost like a kiss. There are no alpha males in this pairing because there are no genuine alpha males in the wild. There is just equality in their diversity.

Inspired by a friend's silver wedding anniversary, the artwork depicts circles, lines, and figures in abstract expressionism style.

I chose "Star" because of her eyes. She looks like a very happy dog. I wish she'd find her forever home soon. 

I used a limited color palette for the painting, with hues of oranges and purples.

I visualize "Sawyer" as looking elegant and having the freedom to play with nature.  The person who will adopt Sawyer as a companion will be delighted with her.

My favorite pet is a cat, and I am inspired by Maria Clara from the novel by Dr. Jose Rizal, our national hero.

'Pagmamano' is an honoring gesture in Filipino culture. It shows respect for the elderly.

This artwork reminds us that today's generation still practices this tradition.

Whenever I look back on my childhood, I see many images, people, and places I went to. I feel nostalgic. I'm sad I can't go back to the past, but I'm happy to have those memories, which I never want to forget. I want to have something to look at in the future. That's why I create these kinds of paintings.
