An unica hija, Cherdee Millen grew strongly to appreciate her soft and feminine side. She uses herself as the subject for portrait paintings while taking it to a different perspective of how she sees herself rather than just facing the mirror.

Working with oil on canvas, she focuses specifically on self-portraits and still life paintings with the technique of giving attention to details and body gestures. Her exploration of colors and light, also rich tones, gives her paintings a robust physical presence.

She is majoring in painting at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City.
