About the Artwork
The permanence of change constantly creates uncertainties. Uncomfortable, yet thrilling. Daunting, but optimistic. These were the emotions rushing through me as I was making "Colored Shadows No. 3." The rich dark purple, blue, and grey personify the unknowns and the mysteries I face. In contrast, the golden yellow, light blue, and light grey hues reflect calmness and serenity amidst obscureness.
